Watching our dogs run up to the K-9 Playtime staff is truly one of the best parts of my morning – they press right in with wagging tails and big smiles, and if they don’t see the staff right away, they run around the desk to go look for them. Spending a day at K-9 Playtime guarantees a great day and a contented evening – we bring them every time we know we’ll be away in the evenings, and then sometimes just because it’s been a few days and they stand at the door when we leave looking so excited and hopeful! The staff know their personalities and their favorite places to be scratched. They’ve shared pictures, asked about them when they were sick, and gotten them blankets to lie down on when they were ready for a rest. It’s great to be able to bring our dogs anytime without needing to have known ahead – it makes taking care of our dogs flexible and fits with days that are sometimes unpredictable. The facilities and office management processes are all designed around making a great experience for the dogs and just keep improving. Mostly, the staff are nothing short of amazing – thank you for all of the love and happiness you give to our pups!
