I wanted to say how wonderful the staff member is on Tues/Thurs morning. She is so kind and good to Addy when I drop off do early in the morning. I am embarrassed I do not know her name. She, along with 2 other staff members that are groomers, have truly been excited as Addy has gotten better each time she gets her nails cut. They give me updates, and let me know how proud they are of Addy. It is so awesome to see people REALLY care about their jobs. Thank you so much for creating an environment like that.
